I liked the live, then tape delay difference in the TDF shows this summer. The live one was better for real cycling enthusiasts because of Phil & Paul doing most of the call. The delay was better for the masses with Troutwig & Gum. I am personally sick of Troutwig dumbing down cycling and all other sports he comments on, constantly making analogies to other sports as if we are not smart enough to understand the sport taking place. Gum was eye-candy, but really unnecessary. And stop asking Sheryl Crowe about cycling and Lance as if she has been involved with cycling for any of her life before Lance...
